A little bit about me

Radiant Talent was born out of a passion for connecting great people with great companies.

My journey in recruiting began in 2021, working with some of the leading hospitals in Houston, Texas. I focused on filling roles in both the medical and billing fields, gaining firsthand insight into how the right talent can transform an organization.

From there, I transitioned into commercial construction, stepping into my first role as a contract recruiter. It was in this space that I truly found my stride—working closely with businesses to understand their needs and sourcing candidates who fit seamlessly into their teams and culture.

These experiences inspired me to start Radiant Talent. I founded this company with a simple mission: to create impactful, lasting matches between exceptional candidates and growing businesses. My goal is to support organizations in achieving their talent objectives while helping individuals find roles where they can thrive.
